- Step 2: E-mail us and tell us which ones you’re willing to have an interview with; or you can just skip Step 1 and e-mail us directly asking for candidates, we’ll do the selection for you.
- Step 3: We (and our partner recruiting agencies) arrange a live interview for you via the Internet; with the help of communication software like Skype or MSN, you can view and speak to them directly. Or, we’ll arrange an on-site skill test & interview if you’d like to come to China.
- Step 4: We help the selected candidates apply for work permits, and we’ll send them to your place as soon as the permits are ready.
