We collect a very low consultation fee from the selected candidates for covering the following expenses: advertisements on local newspaper, phone calls for checking out candidates’ background, site rental fee & transportation for interview arrangement.

What we endeavor to present here is a transparent platform for both employers and job seekers without recruitment agencies and sub-agencies. In this regard, our candidates can save a large amount of commission fee that would be otherwise charged by agencies regularly. We just collect a very limited consultation fee for covering our necessary expenses.

We provide an optional service to employers: we will assign and pay to a professional company in Singapore to pick up your employees and drive them to your place. The company will also take care of airport pickup, accommodation, physicals, fingerprints, bank account and all the paper work. Accordingly, we will need to collect this part of service fees from the employees in advance. This service is optional, you must let us know if you want it before we book air-tickets for your employees to avoid any possible delay.

> Can I post my job vacancies without a registration?
Sure, but you cannot manage the job you have posted, and you will need to fill in the “Company Info” each time when you want to post a new job.
> How do I find right candidates?
Use our “Find CVs” section by choosing the “Position”, “Sex” and “CV posted within” options and then go!
> How do I contact the candidates I like?
E-mail us and state the Numbers of these candidates in your e-mail, we’ll then check out their availabilities and get back to you ASAP.
> What are My Favorite and its advantage?
For registered employers, you can use “Add to My Favorite” function when you browse candidates’ resumes. After that, you go to My Favorite, tick the boxes before them and e-mail us for contact; or, you can also store them in My Favorite folder for later consideration with an easy access.
> What if I’ve forgotten my username & password?
Use the “Find My Password” button, key in your registered E-mail address, and we’ll send your info back to your Inbox. Or, you can Contact Us in case you cannot remember with which E-mail address you have registered. Tell us your company name, contact person, tel & fax numbers and your preferred E-mail address, we’ll then look for your registered info and send it back to you.
